Eligibility Condition for a Japanese Diplomatic Visa.
The Japanese government has 68 countries whose citizens can visit her without a visa. However, the list of these countries and their visa exemption type is available on the Japanese website. Again citizens of other countries who are not on the exemption list will have to apply for the Visa via the Japanese embassies in their own countries.
